The goal of a graduate school advisor is to help the student become an independent scholar, but we often don’t define what it looks like for a student to be “independent.”  In this workshop, we will discuss what it means for a student to be independent, and we will share tools to foster independence in our trainees.

    Breakfast will be provided.
