Why is nobody talking? Did my students read the material? Am I talking too much? Integrating discussion into your classroom instruction can feel intimidating and should be implemented thoughtfully. This workshop will offer concrete ways to facilitate productive conversations that encourage broad student participation and engagement.

    • Light refreshments will be served.
    • Anyone who attends 3 GPS workshops this year may choose a free professional development book from the Graduate School selections.
    Where is the GRC?

GPS (Graduate Pathways to Success) workshops are sponsored by Baylor University Graduate School to assist in the professional development of graduate students and graduate faculty.

The ATL (Academy for Teaching and Learning) has a two-fold mission: to support and inspire a flourishing community of learning and to promote the integration of teaching, scholarship, collegiality, and service in a Christian environment.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
